Your first two weeks

We keep the start simple so you always know what's coming.

  1. This week
    Kickoff call

    We meet your leadership team, learn how the business and its entities are set up, and agree on what to tackle first.

  2. Days 1 to 7
    Access and documents

    You get one list from us with everything we need. We hold short calls with key people and visit in person if you're local.

  3. End of week two
    Your first plan

    We send a written first draft of the plan and walk you through it on a call.
